We accept cash, checks, money orders, cashier’s checks and credit cards.  Guests can pay by credit card over the phone or by logging into the guest portal

Please contact our office to report a complaint or maintenance issue.  You can contact us by calling +1 (830) 271-2001 or emailing our park manager at staff@newbraunfelsrvpark.com.

Long stay guests are required to provide pictures of all sides of their RV, complete an application, and pay a $30/person application fee.  Park staff will complete a background check and will inform guests of their approval status.  Upon approval, guests may put down a $100 deposit to hold their site for a future date.  This is non-refundable and is applied to the first month’s site rent. 

Guests can make online bookings for stays less than 30 days.  Click HERE to book now.
